Five Year Olds Full Year Bible Curriculum

$557.00

In the Five Year Olds curriculum, children start with the Old Testament. Lessons cover creation, Adam and Eve, the fall, Noah, and Samuel (his birth and calling). They also learn about David (his anointing, his life, and becoming king), Naaman, Josiah (the boy king), and the donkey that talked. Old Testament history includes Joshua, Samson, Ruth and Naomi, Jonah, and Gideon. From the Gospels, children visit the life of Jesus, from His birth to His resurrection.

That God has good work for each of us, the importance of obedience, that obeying Jesus will give us joy, that Jesus gives us the strength to obey Him are topics that are interwoven throughout the quarters, at a level a five or six year old can understand.

Though each lesson is not dependent on another, each quarter’s lessons fit together, as do the four quarters of a year.

As you use the curriculum, you will find many opportunities for the children to practice the Bible Truths and memory verses, and plenty of repetition accomplished through a variety of age-appropriate activities/methods.

The Five Year Olds curriculum is also suitable for kindergartners and first graders.
